Can I use gear motors of 1000rpm for my quadcopter?

I am trying to build a quadcopter and the budget is stingy, i was hoping to use gear motors of 1000rpm instead of brushless motor which are costly, will I be able to use them?

I dont think they can generate enough thrust with respect to its weight...
I have tried using a normal 12v brushed motor with mannual gearbox with a 1047 prop..
Not more than 300-400gm thrust with 3s lipo..

whole system weighs 57gms also..

The budget been less than 10000,I am having trouble getting parts

1. Finding the cheapest 6ch rc
2. motors,esc and battery.
3 Control circuit.
If u have any links or if somebody has a 2nd hand rc i'll definitely check it out

I think the budget 10k is good.. for a basic one...

1. 6ch Remote control is costing approx 4k in all the Rc shops.
2. brushless motors around 3.5k
3. ESC around 3.5k
4. Flight control circuit 2.5 -3k
5. lipo battery with charger 4 k

1- 6 Channel TX/RX- 2.1K
2- ESC 25amp *4- 2.2K
3- Brushless Motors- 1.5 - 2.2K
4- Flight Controller- 1.2k - 2k
5- Lipo pack(2200mAh 3S 20C) - 800 bucks + charger - 1K

total- approx- 8.5K
