I am building a rc f450 quadcopter using these parts....

1) Motor 2 x MultiStar  2212 Combo Set With Self-Tightening Propellers CW/CCW Set Of 2....

3) ESC-EMAX SIMONK SERIES 30A BRUSHLESS ESC ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROLLER...
4) battery-   MULTISTAR HIGH CAPACITY 3S 4000MAH MULTI-ROTOR LIPO PACK.....
5) Charger-B3AC charger....
6) TX and Rx- flysky Fs-t6 with receiver....

guys I want to know whether these combination will work fine .....

Darshan for multirotors

Don't go for a b3ac as it will overcharge your battery and might cause fire... go for a b6ac
I am not quite sure about the battery but I guess it will do.
Wait for some other comments from experts....

Have you already ordered the parts? I have a few suggestions.

1. Motors: I don't know much about these Multistar motors but I have heard some of their mini quad motors have poor bearings. If they fit your budget, you may want to check out Sunnysky motors. Just make sure that they are genuine since fake sunnyskys can give you trouble later.

3. I would suggest you take a look at BLHeli capable ESCs such as the DYS BL/SN30A. I've heard reports of the DYS 20A version burning up but I think the 30A ones are fine. Also check out the Hobbywing XRotor 40A. It has one of the fastest processors available and is supposed to perform very well though flashing BLheli is a bit of a tricky process. However, if you are not comfortable flashing firmware and playing with settings the SimonK ESCs may be a good choice.

4. The thing with these big Multistar packs is that they save weight by having a low discharge rating. This pack, for example, has a discharge rating of only 10C, which means that it can put out only 4Ah x 10C = 40A of current. You will have to check the max current draw with your choice of motors and props and ensure that it is well within the max discharge of your LiPo or else it will sag terribly under load and die prematurely.

5. Don't buy this charger. A LiPo charger is a one-time investment and you should get a good one to maintain the health of your LiPos. I would have recommended the IMAX B6 but the clone I ended up is not very accurate (charges to 4.22V per cell sometimes) and heats up a lot if I try to discharge my LiPos to storage voltage. I am planning to upgrade to a Turnigy Accucell 6 since it is supposed to be good for the price and is LiHV capable.

6. The radio is another investment in the hobby so I recommend you get the best one you can afford. The Turnigy/Flysky 9x is a good budget choice, especially if you mod it to flash er9x and add a FrSky module. I would recommend the 9XR though since it comes with a programming port, backlight and easily accepts a FrSky module. If you want telemetry, and can afford it, the FrSky Taranis is one of the best in its class.

If you don't mind me asking, why do you want to build a 450 size quad? The trend is moving toward 250 size racers, and unless you have any special application that requires a big quad, 250s will be more fun to fly. Even I am working on my first 250 size quad and then I may sell my big quad.
