Rock i am not a multicopter guy ,  but the way the motors are mounted with zip ties there will be a lot of vibrations.

you can cut some round ply same size of the frame where motors are to be mounted. fix the ply with screws on the frame with those 4 holes. then u can put the motors on those ply by screwing the holes provided at the base of your motor.

Wait for the others to reply.

If you are just learning to fly and not flying professional grade equipment, zip-ties are the best way to attach the motors. Use two for each motor. This keeps the weight low and more importantly saves the motor by ripping off in a bad landing (Crash in other words ;D)
It is the pervading law of all things organic and inorganic,
Of all things physical and metaphysical,
Of all things human and all things super-human,
Of all true manifestations of the head,
Of the heart, of the soul,
That the life is recognizable in its expression,
That form ever follows function. This is the law.
