Hi guys,
I am looking forward to build a multipurpose industrial drone and my budget approx 1lakh which should be able to produce payload capacity 10kg and drone itself weighs 10kg
So guys can anyone recommend a motor, prop, esc combo with Atleast 5kg thrust each.
Good battery for this with Atleast 30min of flight time
Where can I find parts for this in india
Please also recommend me a long range transmitter of range upto 20kilometres with fpv

Please help me
Thank you,

Hishmith

Did you already have the necessary paper works approved.
Else all your investment will get drained.

Hello Hishmit sir. I suggest you to look into the basics of Drones, you can spend sometime googling the information. Because you are not very clear about what kind of drone you are exactly looking for. There are different categories like, Fixed Wings or Multi Rotors. Again in Multi Rotors there are different setups, like Quad, Hex, Octo, X4, X8 etc. My suggestion considering your payload and drone weight is to go through a little basics like Thrust to Weight Ratio, that ll give you some info about the kind of motors you might need. We have a plenty of LHS across India from where you can get the parts. But decide the kind of setup you need. Regards..

Ah, starting with a 20kg drone with 20km range!
You may need to hire a professional with the necessary experience...

hi hishmith, welcome to the forum!
you've got some big project on mind!
not to demotivate you of any sorts but i have seen alot of individual (most of them beginners ) who have come for help for such massive multirotors at this forum, unfortunately once we help them they dont seem to update the status of their projects with us!

again if you are a beginner working for a final year project or some college based project, starting with such big setups would not be advisable as alot of experience is required for assembly, flying and troubleshooting !

however a concept between a small multirotor and a big multirotor remains the same.

getting down to the business end, the best way is to replicate others work (proven concepts) check out dji matrice  m600 and also foxtech fpv for multirotors, just look at their specs and try getting similar components.

for frame: look for atleast and hexcopter, but an octacopter woud be the best in terms for stability (custom made frame)
for motor : you need something that runs on 12s to give sufficient thrust and flight time, your propeller and ESC will depend on it ,
propeller would start from 24 inches
best motor brands : KDE , T motor , Dualsky would be budget friendly
for your autopilot youll need a pixhawk cube, it can support long range transmission system
with the here link itself you can get fpv downlink , so its a complete solution.

coming to your budget , 1 lac is extremely low to fulfill your requirements,  and other thing is most of these components will need to be imported and the customs will have a great time when they have a look at your imported items! probably you may end up spending 1 lac on custom charges itself.

i hope you update us!

What are the paperwork permissions required

Mohammed Naveed

Are you doing this project for a college or company?
You need approval from DGCA and DGFT for importing drone related parts and WPC for Radio related parts, again while operating you to be compliant with DGCA rules and regulations regarding drones.
This is all important when you are doing for a company, for a college you need all letters addressed to the authority done from colleges side

Hishmith

No bro I am kinda a doing it as a hobby like a prototype if it works planning on retailing

If you are doing for hobby, then start with a small setup as advised by Naveed. Once you are familiar with the things then you ll have a pretty good idea about what to do for a bigger one. Like Naveed said weather big or small the concept remains same. Only the capacity and specifications of the components changes as well as the cost.

MArtins

You could start off with a 450 size quad, one of the most common type.
Here is a good vid playlist on how to do so, including building a custom frame.

Kings Of Rc India

Hi there if you're still interested to build one I would suggest you following specification

  • I flight  XING 1400kv brushless motors
  •    iFlight SucceX 60A V2 Plus BLHeli_32 4-in-1 ESC support DShot 150 / 300 / 600 / 1200 /OneShot & 2-8S lipo input for FPV drone
  • DALRC F722 DUAL STM32F722RGT6 Flight Controller Built-in OSD BEC 5V 12A F7 Flight Control MCU6000&ICM20602 VS F4

for frame you can make your own size but just like I flight DC 10 frames
and with 10 inches hq prop you'll get amazing performance and results higher Discharge rate will give you speed but less flight time
