did you set your throttle end points?
do one thing

set the Yaw channel(trim) all the way to zero, throttle to full, Tx power on, connect battery, wait for startup/battery beep, then two beeps, move throttle to zero, disconnect battery. Set the Yaw POT back to 50% and turn on as normal.

try it...

Set all POTS to 50% and then start plug the battery. Make sure that your throttle is set to min position. If motor beeps continously then its something with connections i think or your ESC calibration.

Manish I think your ESCs are in programming mode and unable to arm the board. Few things you need to check first. PROPS OFF
1. Make sure the throttle channel is not reversed.
2. EPA set to 100% you can later tweak that.
3. All soldering joints are sound.
4. Battery charged properly.
If all above OK then go to the ESC calibration step
1. Set throttle stick to the Max and power up the tax, now press and hold button 1 and 4 and the same time power up the KK2(get helping hand) you will see calibration screen, now bring stick down swiftly.

Have you armed your FC board?

To arm board move ruder stick to full left  if it does not work then try moving it right.

When your board is armed then you will see LED glowing on it.

but now facing unbalanced flight problem

You will have to balance weight of your tri so that at CG its well balanced

for getting perfect GC drill a hole @ CG (either at top or bottom )

Tie a metal wire at that point and hang model freely

Make sure that all three motors are leveled properly. If your Tri is not balanced at CG then it wont fly stable and  move on round  and round on yaw .

Perfect CG is key factor for TriCopters
