Maybe this diagram can help
https://www.google.co.in/search?q=naze+32&biw=360&bih=592&tbm=isch&source=lnms&sa=X&ei=sNWgVeX6L86jugSbob5o&ved=0CAgQ_AUoAw&dpr=2#tbm=isch&q=naze32+wiring&imgrc=SmDlXH8sbmm_eM%3A
And for the burning part of the rx try and remember that ground wire is to be facing  the outside the rx

I am yet to figure out how to connect flysky receiver with naze 32,it seems that clear cut instruction is lacking . :'(
I am planning to go back to cc3d for the time being.

see the drawing - its pretty clear - you will have to go to the baseflight config app in google
chrome to enable the receiver

what firmware have you loaded ?

@Saikat,thanks a lot for the link . :hatsoff:I got my issues solved.
The blunder I was doing is that I was connecting channel lead to battery on rx ,I did not consider the fact that the lead carried signal one, once I connected it to ch 1 on receiver ,it worked.
