I am using apm2.6 with mission planer and the last update of arducopter 3.2V

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when arming the osd freeze so I try to update to:
MinimOSD-Extra_Copter_Pre-release_2.4_r726.hex
then the screen was a mess and some Strange symbols appears so I go back to : MinimOSD Extra Copter 2.2.hex .
and doing that for 2 or 3times after that my CT for MinimOSD Extra 2.2 software give this error message when I try to update (upload failed. lost sync. try using arduino to upload instead)

A. I am still able to read from osd and write the current tab to osd
B. I am not able to update firmware
C. when try now to add the font .mcm file I get error entering font mode-no data
2. 2nd thing I try a new osd and its doesn't freeze but nothing on the screen is normal only some strange symbols and nothing u can read

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CT for MinimOSD Extra 2.2.zip then CT Tool for MinimOSD Extra 2.3.2.0 Pre Release r727.zip    

MinimOSD Extra Copter 2.2.hex then MinimOSD-Extra_Copter_Pre-release_2.4_r726.hex

Please provide any additional information below.
I have 3 light on board to are on and the one should flash its flash only when I connect the power and after 5 seconds if not flashing at all.
that what I Notec but I don't know if that is normal or not
