Need urgent help for programming Crius multi wii se 2.0v

Hi everyone

     i purchased crius multi wii  SE 2.0 v from quadkopter.com. during programming facing the following difficulties

1. Gyro, acceleratometer , magnetometer are not working
motor are running correctly during stick movement it moves according to stick direction.

i tried in 2.1 version also but facing the same problem. and it shows ERROR I 2 C

as i am new to multirotor kindly help it out ASAP.
