hey i reduce the THR_MIN to 30 and it seemed to have worked .. but they just start from 10% throttle ... automatically increase with the stick being in the same position ... ALSo , as a side effect, one or 2 motors now some times start late

Normally, 3 things need to check for this issue.

Re Calibrate Radio(especially Rudder.),
Re Calibrate ESC,
Check Flight Mode (I think you are now trying with Altihold change that to stabilize)

calibrated ESC 3 times now .. Tx method too ..
Radio too done.

do they respond(two motors that stopping) while giving left/right rudder?

yes

then check rudder stick need to be centered or check trim.

done done .. all ok .. someone had the similar issue and advised to to back one firmware .. doing that ..

also check permission of all files that you sent to me by mail. i cant access them. 

I did grant editing access ... idk whats wrong ..

NOW the ONLY issue is that M4 is starting late .. other wise the speed issue is resolved ( flashed the previous version )

do M4 responding while tilting? if yes then nothing wrong with that,Just increase THR_MIN a little.

Still I'm Concerned about ESC Calibration, How Did you done that?

Via FC Or Directly Connected to RX?

M4 respond as in it responds to the rudder... so yea ...

ESC Calib, how was it done as in ? did ti both was , inidivisual via Rx and then via APM

OH !!! ,, i think its fine now ... the motors are starting up fine but the M4 stop the first ( so i assume that its a bit slower than oothers )

BUT its tilting towards the back side .... What do i do .. ??

ESC Calibration is Better Via APM will give exact same values for all ESC.

Steps:
1) Disconnect battery.
2) Switch On Transmitter.
3) Throttle UP to Full
4) Connect Battery to APM(You can see one special LED sequence Going On Like  1 2 3)
5) Disconnect Battery.
6) Connect Battery Again.(Still with Full throttle.)
7) Can hear beeps from ESC as in Normal Calibration.
Throttle Down to Bottom.
9) and give little throttle and check all motors are spinning in same speed.
10) Disconnect Battery.  

Also Did you Calibrate Accelerometer after Downgrade?
