Pre-arm : compass not calibrated

i have crius aiop v2 FCB.. i installed megapirateng code onto it and did the accel and radio calibration.. i also did the compass calibration... but even after calibration mission planner says  Pre-arm : compass not calibrated
so is it that  it will not allow me to arm it until i do the compass calibration right????
please help me
