Hello,

Im building a quadcopter.I had built a frame with aluminium square channels and using HK V2 Board.I calibrated all the esc's individually first and then calibrated them connected to the control board keeping the yaw pot to minimum. But when i tried to give the throttle initially only one motor spins and then the other motor.I had tried different firmwares (4.7,2.5 etc).I also tried another method, when i started to increase the throttle suddenly all the four motors spin.A part from this issue every thing is working fine. How can get the four motors to spin evenly at the same throttle??

(a) re-program your esc, dont go by what others say, keep soft start, it takes upto 8 secs to rev up once revved she will behave well.
(b) if the problem persists interchange the motors, try different config (X to + and vice versa), if no joy
(c) change esc

PS
which radio are you using, is you norm, reverse correct for your radio and throttle trim to zero ? recheck
Gusty's Hangar and Introduction.

A Good pilot will practice until he gets it right,
A Great pilot will practice until he can't get it wrong.

HK SS are not so good with multirotors bro with so less programming options :( I have used HK SS and faced many issues and one was very much same that you are facing now, motors not starting together or spinning in different speed. And i had to change to HK blue series ESC which are one of the best for multirotors.

Still if you can try what gutsy sir have suggested you cause with HK SS i was able to fly my quad once but had lots of glitches in it, motor would not spin in sync. The thing that you need now is throttle calibration of ESC to fix this issue and that is missing from HK SS ESC :(
one stop for multirotor needs:

Hi Harsha
I am facing the same problem as you. Have you solved it.

harsha

no i did not get it solved. But as far as i know the possible solution for this problem is replacing the ESC's. Even i did not replace the ESC's yet because i dont have the funds and time too.But keep trying, don't loose your hope. Another way is that get a programming cad for the ESC,it will be useful in the further models too.
