FS 6Ch radios have known issues on the right hand sticks - usually the right hand sticks will not be centered - At first I had uncontrollable drifting due to this later I used expo on the non centered sticks to have a smooth response around the center stick region.

And why you need a OPEN GROUND don't you have a back yard or terrace (terrace is not that good for tuning it up)

You really don't need much space for a quads. Did you say your default PI values are 250? That does not seem default to me. Which firmware are you running? 250 seems really high. Didn't you have oscillations with it? My quad flies good with P gain around 65 and I at 30. Try tuning your quad and I am sure it will fly much better. BTW, 1.19S1 is out so your firmware is 10 versions old. An update will probably help it fly better.
