Next month I will be flying to Hong Kong. Planning to buy a DJI Phantom 3 Professional HK$ 9800 (INR 80600 approx.), want to know from u guys .. Is there any custom's issues with the drone I'm going to bring with me ?? Plus, am I eligible to bring something worth INR 80k ?? (The drone comes with 4 propellors and a camera plus a rc)

What are the consequences I should be aware of .. and is there any duty or tax I've to pay ??

First Of All Welcome to The Forum.Now As You want to Carry a DJI phantom 3 professional which you will be purchasing from Hong Kong. Well you can Import Stuff up to Rs 35000/- which will be duty free but I think after that you will be charged like 35 % Of Duty + 3 of Education cess total 38% i.e approximately Near to 36.05 % ( Comes near that only) This States That :-
The goods over and above the free allowances shall be chargeable to customs duty @ 35% + an education cess of 3% i.e. to say the effective rate is 36.05%. 
In case the value of any one item exceeds the duty free allowance, the duty shall be calculated only on the value in excess of free allowance.
Also While Departuring To Hong Kong and also coming from Hong Kong you will be filling up a Customs Declaration Form in which you will mentioning what things are you bringing with us right ??( Well while departuring we Compulsory fill the Customs Declaration Form but while coming from there I am not sure about this but actually Heard)
So I am Also Attaching A Customs Travellers Guide of 2015 As well As  2015 ( Both Are the Mostly same but there are some Mild Changes)From Central Board Of Excise and Customs which I hope will clears your doubt.

what if you discard the box in honkong and just get the contents by puting them in your luggage ?    .. dont say it will get damaged and stuff, proper care will be taken..
