Get the motors with lower KV (920 or 935) for the given frame instead of 1100KV.

But what is the problem with that?? I am buying the combo as to save money ;D

I think Hobbyking also has Multistar Motor+Prop combo (935KV with 10" props). 900-1000KV rated motors spin 10" props efficiently.

you can buy XXD A2212/13T 1000Kv outrunners from ebay for 35$ for 4 peices.
these motors are perfect for this size frame.
also SimonK ESC 30A is available from ebay for around 30$  (4peices), so totally 4ESC+4Motor cost you only 65$ free shipping.
forgot to say, Same frame is also available in ebay for 12$
And KK2.1.5 with out case :22$, with hardcase :25$ .

Also you can get rid of extra shipping and customs charges if buying from ebay.

there is a specific kv that suits different size of frame, like in a 250-330mm frame higher kv i.e more than 14-1500kv motors are recommended and for larger size the kv should decrease to give stability, for a 450 quad 1000kv with 10*4.7 or 10*4.5 prop is recommended ,its your choice but spending 10-20$ more for a more stable quad should not be a problem .

HobbyKing Donkey ST3511-810kv Brushless Power System Combo
Would this work
1000kv and 1100kv how much difference will it make

sooraj.palakkad

you can use the same motors also, nothing is wrong. but I only suggested a better option, cost wise and performance wise.

The thing is lower kv motors with bigger props give more thrust which helps the quad to gain stability easily, so if you wish to use the 1100kv motors use either 9X4.5 or 10X4.5 prop not more than that

sooraj.palakkad

Lower Kv motors coupled with Slow fly props gives more stability and flight time.
Look at a2212/13T 1000Kv motors from ebay.
Also you can prefer simonK ESC over normal ESC, their high refresh rate provide better performance, simonK ESC are designed from ground to meet the needs of multirotor,
