Urgently need 6045 Carbon Fibre props or any CF prop close to this size.

Carbon fibre props might make your motors burn, they aren't the best solution as they will damage your motor shafts very badly after a crash... their prop profile itself is very high and causes too much drag making the motor hotter and hotter... So CF is a bad choice. Go for normal plastic 6040 props and break some cheap props rather than expensive motors...

lol..... Rathi. Our application is towards an unconventional design at IIT Kanpur. Plastics can't tackle the stress we're talking about here.

Take glass nylon then... The unconventional design may become too inefficient... U can PM me if u can shar what you guys are doing to further help...
