Yesterday while flying my f450 copter in GPS mode I lost control over it. I flipped the 3position switced to attitude mode and regained control after that I landed the copter and callibrated the compass. After that the GPS got more than 6sattelites and when I increased the throttle the copter flipped and damaged the propeller.Have anyone faced this issue?
My setup is
Emad 935 kv motors with 1045 propellers
3s 40c lipo
30a Emax esc
DJI Naza m lite flight controller
Neo m8n GPS
I flewed my copter successfully more than hundred times.I think the GPS module is damaged. And also my copter wobbles a lot in windy day. Please help me to figure out the issue. The magnetic declination is 0 in my flying location. After the crash the copter flies normal in attitude mode but when I toggled the switch to GPS mode it flipped on takeoff.Anyone have experienced flyaway with Naza m lite.I had seen more than hundreds of flyaway videos on YouTube.

Propellers are balanced

Flipping is not a property of DJI. if youve flown it 100 times then check for motors may be the motor on the side it flipped may be having issue. Or the ESC.

But it is flying normally in attitude mode

Its weird.
Never cane across something like this.
Why dont you try to refresh the firmware.
See if firmware refresh can be done successfully or it fails due to some error.

Refreshing might solve issue.

Already refreshed the firmwares and configured the parameters. The same problem occurs again

Okay, so here's the thing. If I'm not wrong, you flashed a different firmware in your FC?
NAZA m lite to m v2?

I guess that's where the problem is. It's probably a bug. Restore it back to the original firmware.

krishnatr

Problem started during flight and not after firmware refresh.
So try changing gps module. If it does nt help only option is to change fc.

I'd remove the props and test it over and over again to see if the problem is repeatable and definite

But I have heard that many people had flyaway experience with naza lite fc(v1 firmware)so i upgraded it to v2.When my fc was flashed with v1 firmware I faced the drifting problem after upgrading it to v2 the drift problem was resolved.

I think changing the gps module is the only option. But I have bought the gps on 30december,2017.It is very difficult for me to buy the gps again because I am a student I have to wait for few months.  :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:.

I have done almost 60+ flights with gps and 40+ flights without gps

My drone after crash.I had removed the gps module

The flashing dates back to quite a long time ago. Around one and a half months back, I believe. There was a post named 'Naza m-lite hack'.

And I don't think a bad GPS module can create a flip, imo.

So, if it were to be a software issue, them the rooting is the cause. Change it to the default version, and update with the latest firmware, directly from DJI.

From the previous post, you downloaded the firmware from a 3rd party website. And that's probably not trustworthy ;D

If going back to the default software does not work, then I guess you'd need to change the FC.

My quadcopter flight performance before firmware upgrade without gps-

2nd video(with gps and v2 firmware)

3rd video after crash uploaded today (without gps)-

In the first video the quad wobbles a lot.The gains value was not the issue. The default firmware is very bad and it contains lot of bugs and software glitches

as you said it flies normal in attitude mode, there is one chance is check orientation of compass module. there is a setting in naza software. you have to give X Y Z distance from the center of the copter (fc). I believe you might have given Z distance in plus value. please check and revert back.
