(1047,1038, 9047....) can i use plastic prpos 10*4.5 or not....

Those are recommendations for stable flight and more endurance time. You can use your own FC and battery. CF props are not necessary too. they are more balanced and lighter. You can use 1045 prop with lower KV motors.
