Build looks awesome and clean bro.. Welcome to the multirotor family  where did you got props, m3 screws, washers and nuts?? from HK or local??
Please share your opinion on the dt750s. If you haven't already used loctite/other threadlocker on the grub screws of the motor's mounts, please use that.
Also, when I go flying, a small bad-landing (or even a soft landing) makes some small particles of sand to go into the motor (occassionally). This is because they're bell-type. Sometimes, the ferrous-containing sand-particles go in betweeen the magnets and wouldn't come out!
A very neat build. :)

Very true, i have lost one of my motor (http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__5685__Turnigy_2205_50turn_1088kv_8A_Outrunner.html) due to this reason :(
But i think this problem can beat most of the motors. You will find some open space in any motor for even a smallest of particle to enter. But bro as you have used this on your quad suggest something as i am planning to use this for my quad as well and what do you mean by

What are these and why do we need them??
Quick correction sir. If black prop is front side, you have mouted board in wrong direction. Button side of kk2 is back and gyro side is front.
EDIT
It looks like green props make forward triangle for easy orientation, sorry for it.
@satyagupta
Got the props from rcelectro, rest everything from HK
Loctite is a liquid used on metal screws/nuts so they dont become loose due to vibrations.

@hyd_quads
Looks like one of the DT750s I received is having a problem, it is getting hot while the other three are not. If I am able to get in the air, would definitely share my opinion on them. Thanks for the tip on dust entering motors, will keep that in mind when flying.
@Dharmik
I have made that correction. Now, black prop is front and others are green.
bro post from test flights video if you can..
I am no where near flying this thing :giggle:
Still trying to understand the various settings of the KK2 board, a long way to go ....
BTW yesterday i did ESC calibration with the props on and you know what happened >:D
indeed, i hope everything is fine bro...
Yeah, no problems ... luckily
ya very lucky bro, be careful

i am planning to use this for my quad as well [dt700/750s]
I can only assume you're kidding.
btw, Why is it only me who hates dt700s/750s while everyone is happy with them?
I've ordered four dt700s twice, and I am not happy with them yet. This is only my personal opinion: I mainly don't like it's physical build/structure.
Longer the shaft, more the vibrations. You can see that any premium *multi-rotor* motors have short shafts (Avroto, some sunnysky motors). Cutting the shaft is not a problem, but you need dremel, etc. and you need to do with care so that the vibrations caused during cutting don't further weaken the motor's build.
And the bell-type structure, as I said.
The max. wattage of the motor is quite low, at that price. The Max. rating (acc. HK) is 13A @ 11.1V, ie JUST ~140A. Take the NTM motors for example. They're around 265~315W at a small extra cost.
Pls note this post is not meant to demoralise raja_mastana. :)

What are these and why do we need them?? [loctite]
yes, as answered by raja_mastana, threadlocker (a popular brand is loctite) is used to fasten screws in their place, almost permanently.

I don't mean to question your experience, but did you notice that the shafts of dt750s protrude (by a fraction of a mm.) below the motor?
In my scratch-build, that protrusion was rubbing against the arm and causing a lot of friction => Hot motor and ESC.
But you might wonder that if this was the case, why only one motor is getting hot. In my quad, only two motors had this protrusion, but not the other two.
Also, I noticed that I needed to push-in the C-clip of my motors periodically.
Yes, please share your opinion on the motors, that would be of great help to everyone. :)

Hmm, good point - I did not think of it that way. I was under the impression that heating may be caused by some incorrect settings in the kk2 board.
Thanks for the tip - will check it out.
You're welcome.
Also, check the ESC timings. A high timing (or low?) also causes the motor to heat up. I don't know much about it though.
Vineet
Yes, high timing is also causes motor to heat up. But I don think that can be an issue here since all 4 have the default of low. Will confirm it tonite though

arey bro it says that EMI has blocked in your country :(
thanks, will take it down and upload later
..
super awesome man what a stable flight yaar...
Thanks Satya,
anyway same problem as before will upload later :P
Bro i have a same electronics, motors too can you tell me you p/i gain settings?? also i would using 1047 props.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8cL-9yv3xc
Aileron/Pitch Gain P/I 110/90
Rudder Gain P/I 100/50
+ Mode
Wow, awesome flight sir. Have you flashed your esc?
No buddy, haven't flashed the ESC.
Made a lot of mistakes during the initial build, which caused the issues I mentioned earlier (like heat up/wobble etc). Now, that basic mechanical set up is done, its working fine. I am getting around 8 mins of flight time and have to put back around 1600 mAH. So, surely it has potential to go higher than 8 mins.
The gain settings mentioned aren't really tuned. I even went up to 220 P gain (aileron/pitch), but I could not see the high frequency wobble as seen in the kk2 setup videos. There is another thing to look at when tuning i.e. the bounce when the quad is landing. If gain is too high, they tend to bounce more. So, I noticed at 110 there is minimal bounce, hence settled on it.
Finally DT750, I don't have anything to compare it against, but they seem very good. There is no vibrations, barely warn after 8 mins of operation and overall quad is stable.
Nice review bro thanks

Thanks for the review, was waiting for your comments on dt700/750s. :)
It seems only my dt700s were poorly built (but even my second batch of motors was bad)

Very nice quad
I am also planning to make one but.... I have a big issue
I want to get my stuff from hobbyking
so, when I tried to use my visa card... payment was denied by bank
they said you can't make any payment in china
I tried from various banks and diff types of cards but no use..
and hobbyking said they pickup western union amount after 2 weeks... it would be too late
any ideas??
???
There are many LHS these days stocking multirotor stuffs you should check them..
You energized us sir (http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-bounce006.gif) (http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys.php)
:headscratch:
Good to know :giggle:
raja sir.... how is your quad doing?? and also can you tell me what price did you incur to build the entire copter???
I don't fly quad much - its just sitting idle
Cost i think about 13k
thank you for the reply sir....
is that cost including the customs and shipping from HK ??
yes buddy - all inclusive. One thing to note, at that time, customs processing and exchange rate was much better compared to now.
no 'sir' please :)
