Dear all
The Avionics brand of transmitters are amongst the cheapest available transmitters in the Indian market today. Especially more so regarding the RCB6i which seems to be the best bang for buck for a beginner Radio control aeromodeller. However we have seen some posts which report certain problems with these transmitters. Reviews of this receiver (except 2 - a video review and another a detailed hands down review by this board member) are also far and few.

I am contemplating buying a RCB6i and I am sure there are many more in my shoes. This is a request to long term users and the seller himself to enlighten us with a long term end user review (I believe both these transmitters hae been around for 6 months or more) of both these transmitters and especially the RCB6i so that prospective buyers can buy without a second thought.

What according to the sellers and service providers are the teething and recurrent problems of both these sets and what are the reasons of control loss and other problems which have been reportedly experienced by some users?

best regards,
Dr. A Ghosh

hiii abheekg ,

i am vamsi i am a beginner after seeing a post on RCB6i i have seen the video posted in the rcbazzar.com and bought it and using it with out any hassle with the pre configured settings.i also use a ct6b as all the form members say its a beginner radio with some advanced functions but in my opinion for a beginner RCB6i is for more better than any other radio found in the market.

pros : It can be used out of box no need of connecting it to the pc/laptop to config the settings.

8 model memory ,can be easily chosen i the filed as and when required.
        comes with digital trims.
throttle alarm-which alarms u of the throttle stick position.

As per my opinion its the best radio for a beginner at such a less press. Thanks for RCBAAZAR team.

as a beginner its my experience and under standing of the radio.excuse if there is any mistake.

i agree everything except this.
The GUI is bad, its not a complete LCD display. its very hard to understand the meaning of codes without the manual.
it always shows DC, GD, etc which is a error code for throttle level, and so on which is not intuitive.
but its great for beginners without any doubt, i use it for around 4 months...
