Title: Binding a FlySky TH9x with a HK 6Ch V2 Rx

If anyone has a first hand experience of binding this:

Dear VC,
I'm using a flysky too, and my receiver stopped working for unknown reasons soon after the first binding, never got a chance to have a flight with it.

Can you suggest what could be possible reasons? Since servo leads never fix the other way in those rx, wrong way wiring is ruled out.
Also can you suggest me compatible receivers?
