Hi All,

Just received my Boscam 32 ch fpv set from QK. Being very new to fpv, i have no clue how to get it working. Well, what happened is...instead of trying the stock setup....out of curiosity I tried to play with the FR and CH switches on the TX  :banghead: Now I have no clue what these CH and FR are.

1. Is it enough if I have both showing the same number (eg. 38)
2. Or do I have to select multiple items (CH and FR combination)
3. If so, is there a method or key press combo that I have to follow as there is only one screen and two buttons!

Well, I myself feel sooo stupid asking such questions. I tried googling but couldnt get anything that explains these channels and freqs or how to change them and match TX and RX etc.

Then I thought, why should I be shy to ask my friends here ....no one is perfect :D

Hope some one could help  :help:

Well finally I got it to work. Tried the same digits on both units. Still I would love to know more about these CH and FRcies :)

I believe it's for selecting the band and channel.
5.8Ghz frequency had around 5/6 different bands called A,B,C,D,E,F. Each of these bands has around 8 different channels in it, corresponding to right different frequencies. E.g. 5087mhz, 5098mhz, etc. (These are just random numbers for explanation).
Those two buttons select the band and frequency you want to use, which should match the exact bands and frequency your transmitter is using.
Check out the manuals for both your tx and rx for details.

Hi Shyam and Shreyak,

Thanks to both you :)

From the youtube clip I posted, I got the same ideas and was able to use my fpv stuff. I think its 4 bands and around 7 channel/frequencies per band. What confused me I think is that I didnt know that the switches cycle through the frequencies within each band. Now everything is clear and I am all set to use it on my tricopter

:D Right now my kids are enjoying it on a cheap remote controlled car inside our apartment. And hey, its a boscam 32 ch fpv kit wtih quanum goggles (yes I start cheap when I begin something new  :giggle: )
