Title: can't see radio fluctuations in cleanflight

i dont know whats wrong, but seems cleanflight can detect stick movements.
when i connect the receiver the channel one drops from 1500 to 1200 and keeps fluctuating,
rest of the channels stay at 1500 even if you move the sticks.
I have checked enable ppm in baseflight and in radio, i am using the jumper. Can't really make out whats wrong :help:

Which radio and receiver? Which flight controller? Are you running Cleanflight or Baseflight (you mentioned both in this post)? Does the channel order in CF/BF match the channel order of your radio?
