Which one would be the all in one receiver to go for?
Do you use telemetry? If so, how many channels

I am a beginner but I would like to futureproof myself with an 8 Channel receiver with telemetry.
Really no such thing as "futureproof" here
Sensors do cost a lot!
Why don't you start with a V8FRII?

Has a long range, and is easy to bind. Many of the X Series are difficult
BTW, I fly only airplanes, not multi-rotors. If you're looking for a specific multi-rotor Rx I'm not the person to advise you

But that does not come with telemetry, correct?
No, it doesn't

To a large extent, the choice of Rx is influenced by the kind of aircraft and of course your Tx
e.g. if you are flying a 100 cc 16 channel scale model you would want everything!
If you are using a Q Series FrSky that has it's limitations
