Hello,
I wanted to know if I can connect my flysky th9x radio to my pc for fpv freerider simulator using a 3.5mm audio male to male jack. If yes what setting should be made to the tx for it to work as required?
Smart propo plus and vjoy

Smart propo plus and vjoy
Wont work if you are on Windows 10, you will have to disable driver enforcement to make it work!
I am on Windows 8. So if I just plug one end in the tx and one end to the PC and follow the instructions shown here - https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1428
Will I be able to connect to fpv free rider?
I have downloaded Smart propo plus and ppjoy as shown on the hobbyking website but I have no idea what to do now. This version is the latest I guess and so the settings are different. Please tell me what to do now
Guys please help here! I have checked both ends of the 3.5mm audio cable and they seem to work when connected to my mobile one at a time. Now when I connect to PC, this shows(see pic) but when I open up fpv freerider, it doesnt respond to the tx even after calibration.
It shows vJoy missing, install vJoy seperately and restart Smartpropos
Ok I installed vjoy and I ran it and it showed the green and the red bars on that page going up and down randomly. When I ran freerider again and calibrated the tx, it still shows random movements. Any idea why this is happening?
check if you have plugged it in the mic port also remove the module if you have any on the tx set all the aux channels to 0 and try remove the aux pin slightly out not all mic ports supports ppjoy sometimes aux cable also doesnt support inserting the pin half way or 3/4th works at times
Ya the 3/4th trick worked but the quad doesnt even move in Fpv freerider. See pic of smartpropoplus working
If smartpropoplus is showing your inputs , calibrate your tx with free rider and select USB controller instead of keyboard ,
Yup that is done. After calibrating, it moves the sticks on the screen as I move them on the tx but when I start the simulator, it just doesn't lift off the ground! I am really confused about this ???
Confirm the channels are right , also try calibrating the Controller via control panel > game controllers
Yup. Its working correctly in Game controller settings also!
Still not working with freerider ?
Nope nothing!
