Just received my first Corona 2.4 Ghz DIY module.
BEST PART
booked on 02-08-2010 and received today 11-08-2010 = in 9 record days (NO EMS)
Physical Specification:
Antenna Length : 8.5cm
Main Module : 3.8cm x 2.1 CM
main module to Binding switch pcb wire : 14 cm
8 channel receiver:
L- 4.6 cm
W- 2.5 cm
H - 1.4 cm
Guys : need help in making my E-fly 100 C tx to 2.4 Ghz. i have no idea how to check for PPM Signal.

i dont think u need to chk for ppm signal, if ur Tx is working then all u hav to do is locate the encoder (circuit where all stick pots r connected) and signals are feed to transmitter PCB through single or 3 wires (signal, +ve & -ve).
Generally there are two different PCBs (stick/pot PCB & Transmitter PCB) connected through wire.
u need to feed these signals to ur new 2.4 Ghz module!!!! and of course connect module to power/battery as well!!!

I Got my E-Fly 100-c 72 Mhz Tx lying in junk since one year, in working state and that too on 2.4 Ghz....
Thanks to Corona DIY module.
Ashish : i have used the Sim mic pin for PPM. it worked and binding took less then 10 sec.
now all my 6 channel are working absolute fine.
only thing left is the range check, and will be done today...

If anyone wants to convert there futaba 72Mhz TX then here are few pics that will help.
1. The Inside of TX when Back Panel removed.

Look for purple/blue(+ve) wire going from main board to 72MHz module. It is at extreme left on main board as shown below.

Now locate the Signal wire. It is the white wire going from main board to the module.
