I bought a Hitec Optic 6 2.4 Ghz some time ago from RC4all.(and it's fantastic {:)} :hatsoff: :hatsoff:)
Could you mail me a scanned copy of the permission - just in case I ever get in trouble ;D ;D
Thanks
Sanjay ,
Let me explain the procedure a bit :
1) The 2.4 G Band is de-licensed for the user mean there is no restriction on the user using it ( so you do not have a problem )
2) The De-licensing is based on certain conditions stipulated by the Govt.
3) WPC Checks and certifies that these conditions are met , that is what is called as ETA
4) ETA only concerns the importer as radios can be imported only against licenses and licenses can be issued only for ETA products .
So if any one questions you on the radio you can refer them to us as we are the importers and it is our responsibility .
That is why we take Address Proof , ID Proof and contact details when we sell radios .
