Gusty is in such good mood when maiden of one of his newly setup model or his RC Gear is a real blazing success  :giggle: :giggle:

Which one is it Gusty?  ;)  ;D

I have been able to bind with the 10 channel rx it came with.  Three 4 channel rx's that go to the it4 Tx.  Also the old Flysky 6 channel rx for the 9x.  So far I am really impressed. It has a good feel in my hands, all switches and sliders are easy to get to.  The only thing I don't like so far is the channel setup,  I don't know if it can be changed or not.  I would like to make channels 5-10 whatever I want not what they are programmed in the Tx.  Hopefully this can be changed, I haven't look into it in-depth yet.  I would like to find an in-depth review on it somewhere by someone that is very experienced in this stuff.  I am not, only been in the hobby for about 3 years.  All in all, I think this is a very good tx well worth getting, but that's just my opinion.  Hope this helps out.

Finally got my hands on it, looks damn cool and feels awesome in hand. The touch screen is good but its  resistive touch so i dont think it would last long. It comes with 4 telemetry sensors and a 10 channel 2 way receiver which is capable of sending telemetry signal back to transmitter.

It has 2 x 3 position switches, 5 x 2 position, 1 x toggle switch and 3 pots (which can but pushed down if not to be used)

Few down sides, the sticks are bit sloppy. Does not feel good in hand :( i noticed that when moving throttle to top it would not stick to its position but come few clicks down. This is not big thing we can open the case and just tight the tension plate which holds the throttle stick.

BTW it comes with 2 side sliders, which is very good for FPV pan/tilt. But in the model that i have received the left side slider is smooth but right side is bit hard to move.

It comes with advance mixing and logic/conditional switches, which is very good at this price.

All in all its really a very good tx for the price, its looks professional and very ergonomic to hold in hand.

The price is very confusing cos as per FS sales manager i10 retail price would be around $240-$250 but i found that its available at amazon for $180 so i am not very sure about the pricing.

About getting this model in my store, definitely yes. I buy all my FS radio's from FS directly hence i am trying very hard to get these too.

Flysky have one more 6 Channel Model FSi6

I would be getting i6 and i10 soon in my store.

hi satya...

are you putting it up for sale on the shop??

sooraj.palakkad

@madaquif, Nothing is wrong with a resistive touch screen dude, this is a radio not a smartphone :) are you gonna play games on this ???
When can we get a comparison b/w turnigy 10Ch and this flysky one
It seems HK is following Flysky with their Turnigy clone right after FS put some thing in to the market :)

saintofinternet

this one does not seem to have telemetry capability...

saintofinternet

I think serious users should stick to Taranis and above... anyone agreeing to this??

saikat

taranis is still viewed as a "fatichar" brand by the traditional "serious" crowd.

for them it is still either Futaba or JR or one of the exotic European brands.

but I agree with you... the Taranis offers unbeatable features at a very affordable price.

I still don't like the firmware though.

sooraj.palakkad

Yeah, FS -i6 don't have telemetry, but I think it can be implemented by a simple mod, because the radio also supports AFHDS2, means two way communication is already there - Now time for someone to dig deep in and shred some light :)

And for Taranis  -It is a heck of a radio so many features for it's price.
But if this Flysky 10Ch or Turnigy, gets here, That would be best (don't know abt quality, but in quantity, these are BIG !!! ) .

Think of you using these radios in field - people will definitely get around to take a look at the unknown gadget you are using - with such a big lcd screen and touch interface :)

No Way Saikat Dada. I have been a Futaba Fan but have been recommending Taranis to all who wanted to buy a radio. Its a good proven radio with Excellent features.

chintal

I have set up futaba radios on many Multirotors then i got my hands on taranis
Never had second thoughts after setting it up on my tbs
I am really amased at the quality and features
