i have a 8 channel Flysky Rx, its antenna got removed when i tapped it onto the fuselage of plane. today i saw it, i opened the rx and resoldered the remaining antenna, now its not working and Esc is giving continues beep beep beep beep beep.... is it fixable, what went wrong?
Even if i say halalujah, it aint fly...

make sure that the throttle stick and throttle trim are all the way down, the beeps are coming from the motor and not the ESC, it comes when the ESC is not able to initialize, you may have to rebind the Rx with the Tx and then re-calibrate throttle with the ESC to fix this issue

all was working yesterday with broken antenna, but range was not more than 50 mts, so i tried to fix that and it happened. so it must be something related to antenna.

if somebody can explain me how the coax antenna is connected to board. are two wires kept seperately and soldered or its just sort the two wires together and solder?

Firstly, Desolder it. Remove it.
Do you remember the EXACT spot where it was ORIGINALLY soldered?
Take it to a cellphone engineer / mechanic and request him to resolder it.
Make sure that you carry your TX + Plane etc. to the soldering shop.
I guess you are using a normal soldering iron for the job, whereas this needs precision soldering.

i can do nice solders, i did exactly the same it was before, can you give me an idea  how they are connected? both coax wires are seperated form each other or just one connection is important? i will post the receiver image in the morning

Oh Lord! If the two wires could be just shorted and soldered together, what would be the reason of having a coax wire in the first place? Obviously they need to be soldered at different places. That is my guess, without seeing any photographs and using my stupid common sense.

Post some photos so that we can take a look.

I can take off and fly well. Its landing which sucks :banghead::banghead:

Abhay, read the first post. It is NOT binding.

Cod, first of all, remove the soldered wires.. and make sure, the points are free from each other.. as you can see the two terminals in original unit.. and make sure are not in short.. then connect the RX with ESC, with bind plug inserted.. make sure, its binding.. and connect servos all first 4 channels, and make sure all are working nicely.. then remove the insulation a bit, and can see two wires one with shield and one with poly insulation.. remove poly insulation and solder it the points as you can see in the picture.. this always happen to me, when i forces the antenna with models.. dont worry.. after that i always adds a little epoxy glue to the base of the antenna.. this prevents the further breakage..

Thanks guys, problem solved, it was not the wire, instead it was my foolish mistake. i put the pcb into the box flip side, so when i was connecting esc i was connecting it in wrong polarity. now when i put it right side, its working well now :) thanks for your help and suggestions.
