I have FlySky TH9x with burnt power IC.

Wanted to know if I can repair it ? If yes then where and how ?

Can be repaired. Don't know your electronics skill. Troubleshooting and fixing it needs experience.
RC Hobbyist and an Aerial Cinematographer..
