Could you see any assigned COM port no. in Device Manager when you plug the cable between your Tx & PC ? If not, reinstall the drivers and try again.
What is the problem you are facing with your throttle stick?

hai phanivyas drivers are working good i think the problem is with the config port and it broke while trying to fix it

with the throttle stick i cant give a full throttle i tried configuring it when working but of no use may be it has to be replaced or have to make some adjustment inside.

Open up the Tx and post some pics of the config port.

You are unable to move the stick physically, correct? Check anything is obstructing the spring mechanism inside. You have to open the Tx and check. As far as I know there are no LHS in AP who repairs these things.
