In usa ac voltage is 110 volt while in india it is 240 volt. Please check input voltage of charger if it is 110 volt you have to use adapter for it. So that it will reduce 240 volt to 110 volt to use your charger. But it is always recommend by rc hobbyist that to charge tx battery separately i.e outside of your charger if you have provision for that if not double check always or ask any electrician near by you.

You can use your rc charger like imaxb6 or turnigy ba6 something like that. Set program to NIMH battery charging and that's it.

A couple of questions:
did you imported your taranis in india from usa?
did you bought it from an international store?
Do you faced any custom issues importing it to india?

DO NOT Buy Taranis from outside country if you are a beginner and don't have much knowledge about customs. It needs lots of hassles to import radio transmitter or radio related devices as its strictly banned in India by WPC. More likely it will get stuck in customs eventually loosing your money. Go to rcmumbai.com, they have it in reasonable price.
