Hi, first time in building a drone, and first exposure to this technology. got a KK2 controller, anda FlySky CT6B transmitter. When I initialise the ESCs separately, they run fine individually. When I connect all through the KK2, and initialise the ESCs by pressing button 1 and 4, the KK2 arms properly but only motors connected to Output 1 and Output 2 run on giving throttle. Output 3 and 4 connected motors do not run at all. I tried swapping the ESC / motor connections, and whatever is connected to Output 1 and 2 runs, but not 3 and 4. Need help desperately, have to submit project to college tomorrow morning. Thanks in advance!!

Hi Perryg welcome to the forum!

Safety first ! Always remove props while working around with multirotors! Only mount props when you are about to fly.

Make sure you have selected the right frame layout,
Go to kk 2.1 setting and look for show layout.
See the layout for your frame and connect the escs accordingly.
Once that is then select load layout
Select the layout for your frame.

This should solve the problem.

By the way pressing button 1 and button 4 is for ESC calibration and should only be done once , or when ever you change the motor and ESC.

Thanks for the quick reply Naveed -- much obliged. I have done exactly as you have suggested, but not much luck. ESC / Motor 3 beeped for some time and jerked intermittently. After keeping the controller Armed for some time, M3 responded intermittently, but continued to run intermittently later even in Safe mode. Do you think the FS CT6B needs calibration? I had an initial problem where the controller was not responding at all, till I increased the the Limit of the Throttle to 120% . Thanks again!
