I Found (may I am early ;)) Leo's RC Simulator for my Samsung Infuse,
and its working great on it,
you can download this simulator free on Android capable phone,
usefull when your mobile or TAB screen is 4+"
From below link you can get it free....also u can search rc plane or Leo's RC in Android Market

After install its show you only 2 heli and 2 plane models but after install it
you can download other heli/planes as a plugin, free again

Have been flying during classes in Leo's RC sim for more than a couple of months now. Pretty good sim though if you have big screen.

When I started using it there were only few models. Now so many models are available.
Its a good RC pass time on lonely travel\ outing.
