I am asking this question becauce i am having flysky ct6b and it does not work with cc3d so does avionic works with it ?

I haven't used avionic TX, but have used CT6B with both CC3D and Naze32 without any problem.

As long as the receiver outputs a supported protocol like PWM, PPM, iBus or sBus, it must work.

I am having trouble in transmitter setup can you tell me step by step procedure for transmitter setup wizard ?
Or you can tell whioch type of transmitter do you select i select first option

Can you please explain "Does not work"? How do you know it does not work?
Rajjames is absolutely exact and right. Naze32 cc3d all will work with rcb6i.
