any one can clarify me ... would Corona Synthesized Single Conversion Receiver suitable for FM 35.020 transmitter as the receiver comes without crystal..

Synthesized means that there is no need for the crystal (as long as it is the 35 Mhz version, in your case).  The receiver will scan and "bind" to your transmitter channel frequency, if you follow the binding procedure.
