If you dont have a licence then its strictly NO. There is very less chance of getting it cleared and for that you need to waste time and also money. So it would be cheap to buy from lhs only. If you are buying some futaba radios which are not available here and they are really good and expensive then you can take burden of importing. Where you get something more valuable for your time

Sir, thank you for reply and can i get license( export import) ? Even long process and long time? If yes, so please posible more details provide for me and also all,  i request to all for license process have best knolage share here.

ITs not just too long process but way costly also because risks involved. No one want to take IEC(Import export licence code) untill or unless they are into the business of selling like LHS. But for importing transmtters there must be one more licence given by WPC to import. So I can say that to import tx you need both licences. For importing anything like electronics stuff like motor or esc you can have first IEC. There is more long story involved which cannot be understood in one post.
