Hi,
I saw 'FS-TH9X 9ch 2.4GHz transmitter & receiver' in RcBazaar.in
Anyone already bought this, How is the Experience?
Is it Worth that money?
What is the online buying experience with RcBazaar.

Hi Anikethan,
I don't personally own the radio but a friend does and I've worked with it a lot.
It's a decent product for the price you pay, no signal loss issues and such, but i do have few complaints about the FlySky products, the hat switches that come with these radios wear out quickly and you'll have to change them; the gimbal sticks can be dodgy too, tighten the stick pegs slightly over the endpoints of the thread and the shaft breaks loose of the splines; if that happens while you're flying, may your model be blessed. The overall build quality is good enough for the price you pay.
I would go for the Avionic RCB7X over the FS-TH9X.
the Avionic RCB7x is a 7channel radio, but a much better pacakage as it comes with a wireless simulator http://rcbazaar.com/products/1773-avionic-rcb7x-7ch-tx-with-7ch-rx-and-wireless-simulator.aspx
It's a incredible transmitter and the features are superb. I have used this tx for a year . 8 model memory is the best thing (Note: You can install custom firmware ER9X which expands the model memory to 16 and many more stuff).
And for long range purpose , stock module can be replaced with other high-end systems. Also its better then the Turnigy 9X from Hobbyking. Also Programming is very easy.
Avionics 7x offers Simulator but still I would prefer FlySky.
And yes we can use sim with 9x but you have to buy that separately.
Worth the price and till now no problem with Rcbazaar.
+1^^
9x radio is good in stock form. rcbx7 is good too in stock form, but if u are a little advanced user and want to upgrade the firmware to er9x etc and run it, 9x is the way.
I am planning to use two motors. can i control both through one ESC? ???
I don't think that's possible.
Correct me if wrong
you can if they're brushed motors

Ok, if doesn't provide any kind of possible reasons that led to the loss of signal. We don't even know if it was a problem with his radio equipment me anything else, its not uncommon for built-in BECs in ESCs to momentarily fail due to overheating issues which could have been a cause me his accident. He doesn't even mention convu any kind of post crash analysis. He might have possibly mistaken the cause of failure.
Exactly
OK.
then, where can I buy a good 6ch or 9ch radio.
Really aditya bhaiya? you flew FPV on the stock module? come one you should have used FrSky. Thats a big loss :'(, you lost your gopro as in it was damaged or you couldnt find all your stuff ??? :'(
Anikethan to answer your question of running two motors on one esc. It can be surely done. But you have to have and ESC that can handle both motors. If you have a 20A max rated BL motors then for 2x those you need a 45-50A esc. And one thing you cant do is change the RPM of each of the motors running on the single esc diffrently. I wont say both motors will have same rpm because that depends on the load you put on them. But whatever power 1 motor receives the other one will too :).
well i never got my model back (bixler). so no crash analysis
and as far as i know, i could hear the motor running, so rule out esc jamming or overheating and stopping.
i fly with experienced pilots (15+ years of experience) who always told me not to use such cheap radios. but i did and i paid for it. and even i am flying since 6 years now.
it is just an advice for you people out there. 8-)
any more questions?
RCNeil21 : yes i did and that accident pinches me. the plane had hit thermals and it flew away so far that i could not see it. as it is the plane was white in colour. everything was lost man. :banghead:
I have brought this FS TH9x from RCB.
I would like to use it with my DIY quad from quadkopters. I am able to bind it to the FC board.
After that once I switch off & on the Tx, I see all the motors running in full throttle continuously without me giving throttle at all on Tx. Also I have very little control there after.
My question is, I am trying to use the Tx with default firmware which it has come with.
Is there any firmware specifically for quad control? or do I need to do some settings changes in the existing modes & use?
I tried some of the options suggested by the forum members, but still no success. Hence seeking experts advice again.
Thank you all in advance.
hi sudhakar... the tx9x has it's throttle reversed... you need to go to settings>reverse>thottle, and reverse the throttle... hope it helps...
Thanks Aniket, Will try it out & let you know.
Which battery is good for TH9X radio, rechargeable AA or tx Lipo? If lipo where can i buy that? :help:
