#2
Changing mode 1 to 2 and vice versa

1. Remove the gimbals (You could avoid this step, then i found it is easy with Gimbals removed, since this radio is modular, removing, interchanging and putting Gimbals back is a piece of cake)
2. Remove the spring (See image)
3. Interchange the tension arm from one elevator set to another
4. Change Throttle tension arm position too, (Now is the time to change over from ratchet movement to smooth movement of throttle)
5. Replace Gimbals
6. Change mode on the radio
7. Re-calibrate the stick (see page 76 of the manual)

you are done !!

Fixing Arm rest and Strap is some task, to fix the Tray arms is some task, you will have to drill 3mm hole (dimples are marked on the back of the radio) and fix the tray arms (See image) with given 12 screws, good thing about this tray arms is it can be used to carry the radio and since it hold the entire lower part of the radio, radio balances beautifully.

Fixing Palm rest is piece of cake, since radio opens up with only to push buttons, all one has to do is to open the radio remove the side doors and push fix the Arm Rest

It is for this Palm Rest and wide apart stick that i bought this radio, i am told that this is the only tray radio in India, don't know how far that is true, fact of the matter is, i hope to see some improvement in my flying as i am a very light pinch, flier (old habits of flying with supple hands :) )

Some cool features of this radio (ergonomics)

1. Rear cover opens easily and it houses nothing

2. Great Gimbals, these gimbals could be turned out/inwards upto 6 deg to suit your flying need (for those who inadvertently apply aileron/rudder while operating throttle/elev)

3. Nice feel, Arms are far apart, easy to hold and fly

4. You could add a three position switch on the stick making it truely HOTAS (Hands On Throttle-And-Stick) Not Hot Ass ;) :giggle:

5. Palm rest allows you to rest your arm while flying, people who fly a lot will understand how important this facility is

6. Switches are differently shaped so one could blindly access them without looking at it
