Finished radio and receiver test setup

Transmitter in mode 2, 80ohms coil, 4mm 32ohms motor, 1.27mm Berg connectors (M/F).

First set the transmitter/radio channel assignment.
Channel 1 = Throttle, Channel 2 = Aileron, Channel 3 = elevator, Channel 4 = Rudder
Next move/set the throttle trim to minimum, set the transmitter to PPM8 and connect the module.
Note: if the transmitter module receives a valid PPM signal then LED flashes and when no valid signal LED is solid.

Binding process for 3ch receiver (HK103RX-S).

1. Switch 1 = ON, all others = OFF (to use inbuilt ESC)
2. Power on the receiver. Wait 5 secs and Rx LED starts a repeating cycle of ON OFF ON LONG_OFF (described as "blink in jump way" in the manual). Rx is now awaiting binding.
3) Power on the Tx and press the binding switch. The module LED flashes GREEN once and you then release the binding switch. The module LED then starts flashing RED quickly.
4) Wait till the Rx LED changes from flashing to steady (about 3 secs).
5) Check to see controls work.

If it works, first power down the receiver then transmitter. You should only have to bind once. After that just turn on the transmitter (all 5 switch in off position) then receiver.

Yesterday i picked 4No's of ADH50XL-3000 motor (7.4 grams) and i wanted to use then with HK super micro BL receiver. Searching on this motor spec. found a thread where the motor was setup for 1S and late night i was able to run the motor connected to receiver.

I thought since i have similar KV 9 gram M1818/25 motor from RCB, why not test that as well to see if works and it does  ;D.

will post a video later.

The most important thing i noticed between RX841FS (1st airtronics 2.4Ghz receiver) and later receiver models is it has simple bind switch unlike the newer once where user has to poke the bind switch with something  >:( , may be new design was to prevent accidental bind switch activation  :headscratch:  :P
