I tried radio calibration mutipletimes but same issue.
I am calibrating escs from kk board is that correct or should i try esc calibration individually connecting it to rx throttle channel?

check your channel 3 trims.
rcb 6i had a similar problem but i noticed the trims were not right.
after correction, it was smooth

Thank you all for help.
I reconnect everything and then calibrated radio and escs again and set right trim. Everything works as expected now.
Thanks again.
