Title: Urgent Help: WPC and custom clearance of 5.8 ghz FPV equipment

Guys,
       Can anybdy help me out with the clearance of FPV equipment in Bombay Customs. I had been to their office today and they asked for a WPC clearance, I also went to telecommunication office where they are refusing to give the clearance even after being in the open spectrum.
Please give me any details of the procedures through which i can get it cleared.

But dude the first mistake that you did was approaching them. If you would had sit quite for couple of days (or at the most week) they would have released it with nominal duty.

You have shipped using what? EMS or AirMail?
