Do i fall under the beginner category? :)
Racing clubs from Chennai, Coimbatore and Cochin will be challenging the Bangalore club in their own turf..
Look forward to see the BLR Boys this weekend. And also get some track time. Excited...

Monday :(
2 hours on a race will do you no harm. Plus it will energize you for the tests and clear your mind. Come over for the electrics. Trust me, you will perform better for your tests.
Haha that's not the problem. More time will go in commuting to and back. :(
Bro is ready to drop also. But it takes an hour to go and probably more to come back :(
I hear ya on the transit time.Still,if you can make it,nothing like it.If you can't,no hard feelings. We always have the next race. :)
Eitherway, all the best for your test :)
I will be going to pondicherry :( Will try to delay be a day and work something out.
Will be missing this race due to prior commitments. If the spectators can post videos it will be awesome.
best of luck to all participating. Burn some rubber!!!!!!!!!
Cheers
Is there any booking needed for Spectators, I live in KR puram and its a big commute
^^I dont think there's any booking. Walk-in and enjoy the action!
For spectotors, entry is free. For racers who want to race,I believe :Rs: 250 should be paid as registration fees.
Please can you update Race results and also give us a brief description of the races.
Also how did the anticipated cars perform: X1 with updated engine, Nexx8 , Mugen buggy/ truggy, modded slash from chennai??
The X1 became X2 and it was driven with a useless GO engine hence did not complete the race due to engine failure - Should have just stuck to my Mamba..Never the less will get prepared for the major race in Coimbatore.
Nexx8 - ESC fan was a problem from the beginning - After 4 to 5 head on collusion at high speeds and a Truggy ran over my Nexx8 making the ESC fan stop working. Ended up blowing my Motor.. Time to upgrade to *** Secret Motor combo*** to be Unveiled in Coimbatore race.
Mugen buggy driven by Satish finished 3rd due to Engine failure and wrong setting with the suspension.
Satish's Mugen Truggy Head on collusion with Bharath's Kyosho at full speed and both of them broke their arms on the 2nd lap.
Ajo's Mugen Truggy - He said he was breaking in his New Nova engine, with consistent driving he finished 2nd.
The modded Slash driven by Satish - Came 1st in the short course race.
bad luck with the Nexx. Time for the upgrade we discussed. I would never enter a race with a substandard engine that im not sure about. Time to bring out the mamba.
How is the nova performing?
We need some discipline on our tracks from now on. people driving in the opp direction, cutting tracks etc. it should stop. Anyway looking forward to the big race. i hope to participate in that one.
Nova was just breaking in.. Did not even hit more than half throttle..
Novarossi was a breeze. I did 27 laps. After about 15 laps, the engine started freeing up. I am sure in another 2-3 tanks, the engine must be ready to rip. Awesome mileage in a rich setting. Temp after 15 mins was 119F.....
Mugen was nice to drive. Great steering and so smooth (party due to my faster servo, Hitec 7985). Very planted on the track. Very less correction required on the steering.
@ ajo : Which model of the Nova are you using? We are currently going to start break in of 2 x Bonito XLB long stroke .21
Using plus 21-4. Basically a buggy engine, but quite enough for the truggy too.
