Where can one fly an RC Plane in & around Chennai ?

Look for large open space where there are no people or animals because if anything goes wrong no one will be hurt.

Chennai is a beautiful place greenery every where;

I've ordered a turnigy radio from hobby king.com,and they parcel is retained by custom,asking WPC licence.

Can't understand what to do and how I'll be able to get it.

I'm beginner of Rc plane and so Expecting help from experience Rc plane activists on this occasion.

Why did you order it from outside in the first place?

Actually I haven't any guidance,and custom department are saying that they are not return it and they will destroy it or sale it by their auction program.
And also saying that if I unable to provide WPC licence,then they will fined me for Rs 5000 or I've to face personal hearing by law.

What reason do they give for not returning?

Write to The Prime Minister"s Office, I am sure PMO Office always do good for people, provided you do not do business and it is for personal or educational usage only,  down the line these Govt officials just follow Baba Adam Jamane ka rule, when the world is miles ahead of India, You can email , or send hard copy, in the meantime intimate/inform these officials concern that you are in the process of some paper work
