National Flag touching the ground is disrespect to the Flag, there is no doubt on that. In fact Colours of a Unit, or Nishan as it is called is Never let go, even at the cost of your life, not only in our country, in any country

Read about the story of Battle of Gettysburg, in less than a minute 21 soldiers died but they didn't let the flag fall on the ground

Having said that, remember it is symbolic and respect comes from the heart.

Boys weren't aware of this fact, while ignorance is no excuse. this one could be condoned and original spirit of the thread should be preserved and this issue be stopped here and not discussed any further

A lot of times we tend to miss the intention... in this case it was to fly the tricolor way higher than the ground... higher than being able to raise it with their hands even while jumping in the air.

It is the hearts that matter, almost every single time. 

PS: Legality is another matter, so removing the pic to prevent members from getting into trouble unintentionally.
