Hello members,
Feeling so good to be back to civilization after months in the oil fields...
I was building and modifiying my CH53 frame in my spare time ( will post pics later)

Does anyone know any hobby shop selling toggle switches that are used for Tx's?

Would appreciate any help.

thanks and regards,

Dorwin..

NB: really feels good to be back, am reading and reading all the posts now, good going guys..

Not sure about local sources, but I have been getting them for local friends (Qatar) from RadioSouthRC.

They also carry other TX parts (like I got the back case for a Futaba 9C for someone).  Just email tony -AT- radiosouthrc.com.  Mind you that shipping is costly, I combined stuff for various people to get around it.

The problem I faced was that only the 2 position switch was available locally in Qatar, and even that did not have the right threads to put the lock nut.  So does the INR8 ones have the right threads for the lock nuts ?  If so, this is great news   And the 3 position ones are also available ?

Welcome back :)
Thanks Rajath!

Anwar bhai,
These switches are available locally at any electronics and Rickshaw spare parts shops,  and they have a variety to choose too, would not be knowing the cost of it though..
But one thing I don't know is, why the Middle East is so limited in some resources..
Anyways, Akky pointed me to towerhobbies, think I will go with them.

It is good to know the exact match is available.  Of course this TYPE of switches are seen in older automobiles (Ambassadors, Premier Padminis etc).

I had added reasons to order couple of times from RadioSouthRC, as I also needed the back case of Futaba 9C, the battery cover of another 9C etc for various people.
