Hello guys,

I have been through many threads here regarding customs etc, but not very recent ones.

Does anyone have experience in ordering airplane kits from hobbyking? ARF or RTF like this one

What are the chances that it will be held by customs ? Delivery mode shows only EMS. Custom charges are ok but is it possible that they will not release this product at all ?
if they release it and custom charges are applied, what kind of charges am i looking at ? I am regularly ordering spare parts form banggood etc without any hassle, but have no experience in ordering
airplanes or kits. Any info would be appreciated.

Nakul i prefer you to search for an Indian website or a rc shop that has kits in stock for eg if u r living in Mumbai search for hobby central or India hobby centre....

Archit, i agree. Best to buy locally. i recently bought the Funjet Ultra. Sadly this model is very new and not available in any stores in India. :/

What about buying kit from eBay ? :headscratch:
If the seller is ready to send it as gift or soft toy :giggle:
