Please help me i am ordered a rc parts from aliexpress and i will payed price for that. Now seller said me that the product is defected so please cancel your order. And give another reason. So i canceled the order by giving resion that product is out of stock. Then seller reject my cancel request by saying that its hurt me. So please change reason like i did not want to buy this product anymore. And they will not refund my money.

No, they did not say anything till today. Only say change reason for cancel.

As far as I remember aliexpress cancels your order automatically if the seller fails to ship the order with in 10 days or so and refund the buyer. So just wait for that moment. In your orders list you may see how much time the seller still have to ship the item. Do not make decisions said by buyer as they would be in favor of him not you which will hinder your process of refund.
Yes, if there is such window period then wait Aliexpress to cancel the order and refund..
Be careful while opening disputes in Aliexpress, as raising a dispute is "in violation of Seller protection policy" and your Aliexpress account can get deactivated permanently without warning. Post this you cannot even send messages to Sellers about current orders. If possible while creating dispute mention about the message conversation with the seller for additional proof. Remember that Aliexpress is biased towards sellers.
