No one of them is allowed in India. Check out licence free Frequencies that u can use just for indoor and low power outdoor use:

Even if rules are not considered, you can't use 868MHz, 900MHz~1GHz cause almost all mobile operator uses this frequency band to transmit signals, so there will be hell a lot noise and also it's strictly not allowed. You can use 433 MHz for your telemetry (like I am using). You can fly, I will suggest or prefer or you must take permission of police and fly outside medium~high density residence.

What you take permission from police.... I dont think should do this because police at my region will ate me up...... and file a case against me.......

How do you take permission. They dont give any written permission instead they take bribe and allow you thats it.
When something wrong happens you are again responsible.

433MHZ is a generic band. Many Rc toys use it. So use it freely. 868mhz and 900mhz i have no idea

Actually nothing will be allowed if any police sees this.... Actually 433 MHz is allowed and that is not mostly used by telephone operators ..Any way u just want to give bribe for anything and everything.

Actually 433 MHz is allowed ...

Yes, for line of sight range. I think long range 433 MHz systems are still banned.
