This is Pavan I have ordered product from banggood.com of price 9600+banggood insurance they have promised delivery of 7-25days my product already has reached India and I got to know that it is in Bangalore sub fgn post......
if my product is at Bangalore sub fgn post is it cleared custom..?if not how many days they will take to clear my product?

what are the next step of process from Bangalore fgn post..

Looks like it could be customs department, from August, most parcels from China are being withheld by customs, I would suggest you go there and have a talk about it politely, else they wont release it.

My parcel is from Singapore ...then I think it's not going to be a issue with customs....is my parcel already checked by customs..

and these customs people(Banglore sub foreign post) are saying that u cant import that item and it will be confiscated...
I am not understanding their problem...
I have even met him, he is not even ready to talk...so disgusting he is...
Any solutions?

They may not release it. Search the forum for possible solution.

If nothing works out ask them to return it to Banggood and ask Banggood for refund.

They are not even trying to say the proper reason for this...
