Did he do the balancing of the props ? the milli gram diffidence in Plastic props creates so much of vibration. Wonder how much few grams would do! He drilled the holes shaft so nonchalantly without any Jig for a perfect 90 degree hole. What he flies with these ? Para-Motor ?

He makes the entire para trike as well. All in his backyard . Came across this when I was thinking of carving my own woooden prop for 50cc plane, since they are expensive and I had broken a few on landings deadsticks etc. Having seen this and a few other videos I am going to try prop carving soon.
